Shipping
1. We will ship the orders within 1-5 business days after we verify your payment.
2. Please confirm the shipping address before you make payment, or please tell me in 24 hours after the payment.
3. Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method, or we will send your order by the way as we think better. Normally, it takes 15-30 business days for arrival by Air Mail.
4. Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don't receive the item within thirty business days, please contact us, and then I will help you.
Return Policy
Only defective product will be offered exchange. Defective products must be returned within 5 days from the date you recieved your order. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the items. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees.
